Salinas Coop offers a service that provides customers of the Cooperative with easy and secure access to their accounts via mobile devices. To begin using this service, customers need to download the app and log in using their Home Banking credentials. Those who are not yet registered for Home Banking must complete the registration process before utilizing the application.

With Salinas Coop, users can:

• View balance information and details for all accounts
• Access balance details and information for all loans
• Review balances and information on all certificates
• Access historical information for all accounts and loans
• View balance details of credit cards
• Obtain information regarding debit cards
• Facilitate transfers between personal accounts
• Make transfers to other pre-configured accounts
• Pay loans directly
• Settle merchant bills
• Manage credit card payments
• Access historical data on merchant bill payments
• Review information regarding checks that are on hold
• Find locations and ATMs of the cooperative
• Receive assistance in navigating to the most convenient branch

Similar to the Home Banking service, all information, balances, and transactions conducted through this app are updated in real time. For added peace of mind, transactions are performed in a secure environment (SSL) with 128-bit encryption support. This ensures that the data being presented and exchanged is protected by advanced encryption algorithms.
